Social Networking

Trending it is since last few years. At lest in India the graph has rised like anything from previous years due to JIO effect. What comes to our mind when we hear the words 'Social Networking'. Along with it we require one more thing to run Social Networking websites it is Internet. Internet is thing which we require more than our breath. I can even say that it is our heartbeat.

Many social Networking websites are there on Internet today. I don't know the history of Social Networking, but i remember first famous one was Orkut. During the early times of Social Networking, Orkut had its Best time. Eventually many other websites came and it lost its identity.








What are the most common gossips we hear about Social Networking? I know there are some which i hear almost everyday.

• These websites have decreased the distance of two people living at a very large distance to each othe, but it has increased the distance of two people which are living at a very shorter distance. 
• It is an addiction, nobody leaves it so easily. 
• It is certainly a waste of time, u dont have any gains from it.
• Social Networking is not safe, it is very dangerous anyone can leak ur information.
• Spending more than 2-3 on Computer or phone can affect ur brain

These are some of those talks which i hear oftenly about Social Networking, well i believe few of them are true also but not all. Here is what i think about Social Networking. People got 2 faces, first is online and 2nd is offline,  90% of people act differently on Social Networking they are in real life. Best thing i like is u need not to install a news app in your phone if you are on Social Networking, you can get latest updates there only. Also lot of informative stuff comes out regularly. These are some of the merits and demerits according to me.


If we talk about the changes over the years from where it all started, is unbelievable.a approximately to 5 years back we could only chat or upload photos on Social Networking websites, but now we can play game, make a audio as well as Video call. Actually all the websites have grown together.








I know an interesting story about growing together, which consists time as a main factor. Lets us start with Facebook. Previous on Facebook we can only upload photos and connect with our friends. Facebook had a drawback, people can access it properly only from PC. Slowly they made connections and we gotnit on oir Smartphone. Whatsapp introduced the concept of free chating on mobile. Applications like Viber, Imo, Skype introduced the concept about online calling video as well as audio. Snapchat introduced the concept of stories and filters for which it is famous. Slowly this concept came in Whats app, Facebook and Instagram. Even Instagram was famous for uploading pictures and all stuff later on the introduced direct message. If we talk about Twitter it gave importance to writing stuff and named it as tweet. Going live publicly through a social media was done my twitter on the name of periscope, later on it went hit on Instagram as well as on Facebook.

This is the way how all these sites brought a big change in them. Social Networking just doesn't consists of these many applications or websites but also many other, they are different in different countries. I am taking the famous ones as an example.
Well learning or taking knowledge from them will be our ultimate target rather than fetching Information or spreading rumors and creating Riots.
